Zeofit (hereinafter simply "we") is committed to protecting your
privacy and complying with relevant information protection and privacy laws.
This privacy policy is designed to help you understand the information
collected when you use our products and services, and how we process and use

1. Information Collect
When you use our products and
services, we may collect the following types of information.
Account information: If you create an account on our application, you may need to provide
country or region, email address, password, date of birth, gender, height,
weight, weight goal, step goal. You may also choose to provide other
information, such as a nickname. Personal information will be used in the
calculation of some health data algorithms to provide more accurate health
data, such as heart rate and your age, height, and weight.
Information related to sports
health: such as steps, distance, speed, exercise duration,
calories, sleep duration, heart rate, etc. Sports health data information will
be used for you to check your personal sports health feedback and provide you
with better health management services, such as developing good sleep habits.
Location information: When you use certain location-based services, such as starting outdoor
sports mode and checking the weather, GPS location information will be used. If
you do not allow us to use the phone's location function, we will not collect
this information.
Device MAC and application
information: When you use our devices and
applications, we will obtain your device and application information, such as
user configuration data, device MAC address, device version number, serial
number, firmware version, language, APP Version, mobile phone system version,
device configuration, device identification and other information. Only obtain
the information of our company's related equipment that you have connected, and obtain it when the APP is connected to the
equipment. The relevant information will be stored locally on the mobile phone
and uploaded to the server. Device and application information will be used to
update the device firmware version, update the APP application version
notification, or to locate and analyze related APP applications or device
firmware problems.
Service information: When you use various functions of Zeofit
equipment and applications, you can submit some service information. If you use
the smart camera function or set the photo watch face, we may call your camera
or album permissions, but will not use your pictures for other purposes; if you
use the female menstrual cycle reminder function, we may collect the
physiological information you provide Period, ovulation period and other
information; if you use our alarm clock function, we may need to call the
built-in clock function of your mobile phone.
SMS or incoming call information: If you use the incoming call reminder function, after your authorization,
we may read your call status and address book, but we will not store your
communication information; when you use the message notification function, we
may Will access the information notification status of SMS or third-party
applications to push notifications to smart wearable devices, but we will not
store this information
Question feedback information: If you have any questions or suggestions about our products and services,
you can give us feedback in "Profile" > "Feedback" in
the zeofit app. Through this function, we will collect the feedback questions
you send us, as well as your contact information (if you provide it), which
will be used to let us better understand the problems you encounter and contact
you. During the problem feedback process, if you agree, we may access your
phone's camera, photo album, etc., so that you can upload pictures related to
the problem and help us quickly locate the problem.
Log information: If you use our devices or applications, we will collect some usage data,
such as creating or logging into your account, account and device pairing,
system errors, system crashes, system restarts, system upgrades, etc. Your
latest log information within 7 days will be automatically stored locally on
your mobile phone, and old log information will be automatically deleted.
Uploading logs can help us solve your problems faster. We will not actively
collect your log information unless you choose to upload your log information
to our server through "My > Questions and Suggestions".
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission: If you need to query the installed application list information when
using the "Message Notification" function, the Android platform only
detects some filtered installed applications by default, and you need to call
the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission to obtain the list of installed applications
on the device. The obtained application list information is only stored locally
on your mobile phone and will not be uploaded to our server.
Visitor information: When using the visitor function (applicable to unregistered or not logged
in), visitors can experience our products and some limited services. Visitors'
personal data (nickname, gender, height, weight, date of birth, sports and health data, etc.) will be stored locally on your
mobile phone and will not be uploaded to our server.
Other Information: We may also collect other types of information that are not directly or
indirectly linked to an individual but are aggregated, anonymized or
de-identified.
2. How your information is used
We will use the information we
collect for the following purposes:
Provide, process, maintain, improve
and develop our products or services for you, including some after-sales,
customer support and services on your device, such as using heart rate data for
heart rate algorithm optimization, and all data has been anonymized;
Communicate with you, we will use
your information to send you service notifications when necessary, and reply you when you contact us, such as pushing the reply
message to your Zeofit application according to the
feedback you send in the APP Inside;
Store and maintain your information
according to our service content or legal obligations;
to provide you with limited services
without communicating with our servers.
Information use of non-personal data
We will collect some log information
that does not involve personal data, such as error codes of device (restart)
hardware problems, error codes and logs of device restarts, logs of application
Bluetooth connections, and anonymized user devices and application usage
condition (if you opt-in) and other information for overall analysis to fix
bugs, monitor usage and optimize our services. In order to quickly fix Zeofit application problems, a third-party log capture tool
SDK (com.tencent.bugly) is
integrated. This type of log only contains the parameter information of the
user's mobile phone, and does not involve the user's
personal privacy information.
3. How your information is shared
We promise not to sell your personal
information to any other third party for processing for any purpose except with
your consent. We will ask for your explicit consent to share any Personal Data
and Sensitive Personal Data. We will not disclose or transfer your personal
information to any unaffiliated third party, unless in response to your
request, for example, if you authorize the sharing of your personal information
to a third-party device or platform, we will share your personal information
with your request Information, such as: steps, distance, height, weight, heart
rate, calories and other sports data are shared with third parties. Please read
the privacy policies of these third-party devices or platforms, because your
activities on third-party devices or platforms will no longer be bound by this
privacy agreement;

4. Third-party service providers
We may use third parties to help us
realize Zeofit's services, and you can choose whether
to use third-party services. When you choose to use a third-party service, the
third party may collect your information. Therefore, we strongly encourage you
to take the time to read the privacy policies of third-party services provided,
just as you read our policies. We are not responsible for,
and cannot control how third parties use the personal information they
collect from you. The service provider has access to your personal data only to
implement Zeofit services on our behalf and is
obliged not to disclose or use it for any other purpose:
Map service provider
In the Zeofit
service, the service providers that support users to obtain the function of
outdoor single motion trajectory include: AutoNavi Map SDK (com.amap.api),
Google Map SDK (com.google.Maps),
Apple Inc. Maps SDK (com.apple.Maps). When you use
this service, we will collect your geographical information and provide your
location information to the map service provider. For specific data collection
and processing, please refer to the privacy policy of the corresponding map
service provider. Zeofit obtains the motion track for
you to view the motion track after you do outdoor sports. You can stop the
collection of geographic information by turning off your phone's GPS.
Weather service provider
If your device supports the weather
push function, your location information will be sent locally to the weather
service provider (ACCU) to obtain the weather information in your area. After
your personal information has been anonymized, it will not be used to identify
or locate you personally.
Cloud storage service provider
In the Zeofit
service, the service provider that provides cloud storage is Amazon (Amazon Web
Services EMEA SARL or Amazon Web Services, Inc.). When you choose to store your
data on the cloud, your personal data will be uploaded to Amazon's server,
including personal information, sports data, and health data. For specific data
storage conditions, please refer to Amazon's Privacy Policy.
Tencent Bugly
service provider
Tencent Bugly,
a service provider that collects abnormal states such as crashes and no
responses during the use of the APP (com.tencent.bugly
ios.bugly.qq.com), which facilitates timely discovery of control abnormalities
and a more comprehensive understanding of positioning abnormalities. Solve user
problems more efficiently. Only program exception data is obtained, and
user-related personal information and data are not involved.
Links to third parties
If you choose to link your account
to other third-party applications (such as Strava, Apple Health, and Google
Fit), we may collect information about you that you have disclosed or choose to
share with us through these third parties, including information from other
Workout or activity data for the service. You can stop sharing information with
us from other services by revoking our access to the other services.
5. Protective measures
We are committed to ensuring the
security of your personal information and we will take all practicable steps to
protect your personal information. In order to prevent
unauthorized access, disclosure or other similar risks, we will take reasonable
administrative, technical and physical safeguards and use all reasonable
efforts to protect your personal information. However, you should be aware that
we cannot 100% guarantee the security or confidentiality of the information you
provide to us.
6. Data retention
If you use our products and
services, we may collect and store your information. We may store your
information for as long as you maintain your account. However, once you cancel
your account or submit a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your
information as soon as possible, no later than 90 days from the date of your
deletion request.
7. Your rights
Zeofit is committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal
information and guaranteeing that you can exercise your rights. According to
this Privacy Policy and related laws and regulations, you have the right to:
Request access to your personal
information. The right to access your information
held by us. You can directly access your personal information in the
application "My > Personal Information". If you are unable to
perform these actions yourself, please contact us using the contact details
below. Upon your request, we will provide free of charge a copy of your
personal information collected and processed by us. For any other request for
the same information, we may charge an appropriate reasonable fee in accordance
with applicable law and at actual cost.
Request correction of personal
information we hold about you. You have the
right to request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate information held
about us. At the same time, you can directly correct your personal information
in the "My > Personal Information" of the application.
Request deletion of your personal information. You have the right to ask us to delete personal information if we have no
good reason to continue processing it. At the same time, you can delete or
permanently anonymize the corresponding data by canceling your account.
8. Privacy of Minors/Children
Our products and services are not
available to children under the age of 16 (or in some jurisdictions under the
age of 13). Zeofit does not and is not intended to
receive any personal information from minors. If we learn that we have
collected any personal information from a child under the age of 16 (or in some
jurisdictions under the age of 13), we will take immediate steps to delete such
information and terminate the minor's account, with or without parental
consent.
If you are a California resident
under the age of 18 and a registered user of Zeofit,
California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 permits you to request
and obtain removal of content or information you have publicly posted. To
request deletion of such data, please contact us and provide the email address
associated with your account via the contact information provided below. Please
note that your request does not guarantee complete deletion of content or
information posted online, and in some cases, deletion may not be permitted or
required by law.
9. Specific Privacy Rights of
California Residents
California Civil Code Section
1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light"law,
permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us,
once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal
information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing
purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared
personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Please note
that Zeofit does not share personal information with
third parties for its own marketing purposes.
